Columbia Residential is seeking energetic individuals for our 2024 Summer Internship Program!

The internship offers college students or recent college graduates invaluable work experience and networking opportunities. The program has been designed to be a learning experience, with ample opportunities to support and interact directly with key stakeholders of the organization and contribute to many aspects of the affordable housing business.

The program will run from Monday, June 3, 2024, through Friday, July 26, 2024. The application process is open to all college students or recent college graduates including the students of our Columbia Residential employees.

Primary Qualifications:

• Work independently and within teams on special projects
• Take initiative to build relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers
• Maintains an organized system of tracking, monitoring and prioritizing tasks and assigned projects
• Prepare presentations
• Generate new ideas to meet and exceed established goals
• Provide support to social media efforts
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must handle confidential and non-routine information with sensitivity

• Selected candidates will participate in a panel interview
