In the News: Construction Begins on Final Phase of Columbia Renaissance Square

Construction has begun on the final phase of Columbia Renaissance Square with Columbia Renaissance Square III, the third phase of a major mixed-income housing initiative in southeast Fort Worth, Texas.

This final phase will deliver 100 affordable homes serving households earning below 30% to 80% of the area median income. Columbia Residential, in partnership with the Renaissance Heights Foundation, is developing the project.

Sixteen units will be designated as permanent supportive housing (PSH) for families, a critical initiative made possible through Columbia Residential’s partnership with The Salvation Army.
