Columbia Residential Names Ken Clark as Chief Operating Officer

Clark Brings More than 30 Years of Experience in Real Estate, Finance, and Operations Management

Columbia Residential has added a key hire to its leadership team. Ken Clark, a seasoned affordable housing industry professional with over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, and operations management, has joined as Chief Operating Officer.

Clark has served in several executive and senior-level roles with housing authorities across the Southeast. He has also held senior-level operations roles in the public and private sectors, including leading his own affordable housing consulting business, which provided its clients with strategic services related to real estate transaction structuring, technology, and financial operations.

Clark is a graduate of Morehouse College and earned an MBA in Management of Technology from Georgia Tech.

Ken Clark, as Chief Operating Officer, will provide executive oversight for the financial operations of the company’s business units, which include accounting, finance, human resources, and corporate compliance functions for the Columbia companies. He will be based at Columbia Residential’s corporate headquarters in Atlanta.
