Tallahassee Housing Authority and Columbia Residential Celebrate Ribbon Cutting for Columbia Gardens at South City

Tallahassee, FL—The Tallahassee Housing Authority (THA), in partnership with Columbia Residential proudly celebrated the official ribbon-cutting for Columbia Gardens at South City, which took place on Tuesday, September 17, at 10:45 am and was held at Columbia Gardens at South City, 2712 Country Club Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32301. This event marked a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to provide affordable and sustainable housing in Tallahassee.

Columbia Gardens at South City is a transformative development that will bring high-quality, affordable housing options to South City residents. The development represents a collaborative effort between public and private partners committed to improving housing access and community development.
