The promise of affordable housing has dawned on the capital’s south side as Columbia Residential, in partnership with the Tallahassee Housing Authority, officially cut the ribbon on Columbia Gardens at South City.
“This beautiful community really stands as a testament to the power of partnerships. We have delivered on our shared commitment to address the pressing need for affordable housing and create opportunities for residents to thrive,” said President of Columbia Residential Carmen Chubb.
