Columbia Residential Names Yoshonda Stafford as Vice President of Compliance

Stafford Brings More Than 20 Years of Affordable Housing and Property Management Experience

Columbia Residential has added a key hire to its leadership team. Yoshonda Stafford, a seasoned affordable housing industry professional with more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing compliance and property management, has joined the Columbia Residential team as Vice President of Compliance.

Ms. Stafford previously managed compliance for a range of affordable housing products, including four and nine percent LIHTC acquisitions-rehabs and multi-layered deals with Project-Based Section 8.

In her new role as Vice President of Compliance for Columbia Residential, her responsibilities include the evaluation and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, as well as providing training and oversight for management agents.

Ms. Stafford is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and has earned housing professional designations from Quadel, NCHM, NAHB, and Spectrum.
