Vice President of Operations

Jennifer Harley, CAPS, HCCP, has more than 20 years in property management, of which 17 years has been as a regional manager. The majority of her career has been in affordable housing with a focus on new construction, re-syndication, rehabs, and repositioning troubled assets. Jennifer is passionate about affordable housing and is driven by the impact it makes on those within our community. In addition, Jennifer has spent time as a budgeting consultant for RealPage.

Jennifer is HCCP-certified and holds her CAPS certification with NAA.

Jennifer is originally from Michigan and currently resides in Powder Springs, Georgia, with her two children.
