Ka’Ren Sarvis
Vice President of Associate Development
Ka’Ren began her career in the multi-family industry in 1984. Her experience is vast and has included all aspects of on-site sales/marketing, training and operations. In 2016, Ka’Ren joined Columbia Residential as the Vice President of Associate Development. In this role, she will manage the development of the organization’s global education strategy as well as oversee the creation of curriculum and other learning content, learning needs assessment and associate development programs. Prior to joining Columbia Residential, Ka’Ren served as the Vice President of Education for Lane Management/C F Lane.
During her 30+ year career, Ka’Ren has received numerous awards, including the Atlanta Apartment Association Extra Mile Award. Continuously active in community service efforts, most important to her is her work with the Atlanta Apartment Association Annual Food Drive to benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Ka’Ren’s enthusiasm for education and passion for helping others is contagious and she believes that learning can be fun, informative, and impact the overall financial success of the organization. Ka’Ren is a Certified Training Director and DDI Facilitator.
